"4.3. Remainder. All the remainder of Grantor's trust, being all property, wherever situated, in which Grantor may have any interest at the time of Grantor's death not otherwise effectively disposed of, shall be distributed to the trustees of the trust funds for the JAFFREY-RINDGE COOPERATIVE SCHOOL DISTRICT, Jaffrey, New Hampshire, for the purpose of creating a memorial scholarship fund in memory of the Grantor's late husband and the Grantor to be named THE MARTIN L. AND GERALDINE CLEAVES BERTSCH MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND. The fund shall be invested and the income therefrom shall be used for college scholarships to deserving and financially needy graduates of CONANT HIGH SCHOOL. The number and amount of scholarships and the criteria for awarding scholarships shall be determined by the trustees."
