- Poison Control Centers - In case of an emergency, call 911. The Poison Help Line at 1-800-222-1222 provides free, confidential medical advice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network’s (RAINN) National Sexual Assault Hotline - Call 800-656-HOPE (4673) to be connected with a trained staff member from a sexual assault service provider in your area.
- The Trevor Project - Call 1-866-488-7386 or text "START" to 678-678 to chat with trained counselors who understand the challenges LGBTQ young people face.

- Southwestern Community Services - A wide range of services and assistance with housing, energy, food, Head Start, and workforce development. Call the Keene office at (603) 352-7512.
