 Mary (with her Little Lamb) and the Wily Witch of the Northwest were on hand to greet trick or treaters during Jaffrey's Trick or Treat on the Town. The event was held on October 31st, 2011.....despite the trick played by Mother Nature over the weekend. Christopher and Samantha Newton stopped by for

 The Friends of the Jaffrey Public Library held their holiday tea on December 8, 2010 Guests learned about the organization, shared some holiday cheer and tasty fare, and enjoyed the storytelling talents of Director Joan Knight, who shared the stories of "The Latke Who Couldn't Stop
Screaming: A Christmas Story", "Fire On the Mountain" and "Mr. Semolina-Semolinus: A Greek Folktale." Please visit the Friend's page to learn more about this group that supports and strengthens the library, helping to make it a great resource for all! |

It was a frighteningly good time on Friday, October 29, 2010 when the library participated in Trick-or-Treat Downtown! Thanks to all the ghouls and goblins who stopped by! |
